It is no surprise that this happens. We find a new policy by going online or by the yellow pages. The home contents insurance. One done, you can sit back and feel you are covered properly. The booklet arrives in the post a little later. We put it away and sometimes lose it.

 

Until such time that we have to make a claim. The booklet then comes out of the drawer or cupboard to get the contact number for the insurers.
