Monica Main? Does her program really work?

Who is Monica Main? I have searched to find all I can about Monica Main. The best source I have found so far for an in depth look about Monica Main is on Squidoo. The program that is all about apartment complex investing in real estate that she has put out seems like a good one.

The program she has created teaches others how to buy without money, credit or a job. With the program Monica put out, everything makes since, but I am still a bit skeptical.

I found a squidoo page about her that lists a lot of information and has items about other businesses she has been in.

I first heard about her when I discovered her real estate program that teaches you how to buy commercial real estate or apartment complexes.

I am tired of the real estate market for residential single family homes, but the commercial market seems to be very strong with rents going up as more people can not buy.

She has been in real estate for a few years according to the squidoo page. I often think maybe an option like she suggests to get sellers to call me would be best for a new investor like me. She has a lot of good ideas on her program, but the million dollar question is will it work.
